Scale Owners

Why us

We're not an agency that added this category. We came from it.

We run our own brand in one of these categories. Everything we do for clients we worked out on our own account first, paying for it ourselves.

The short version

We built the playbook by needing it first.

We run our own brand in this category. That meant learning, at our own cost, that the rules here are not the rules everywhere else — and that most of what a general agency knows about paid media stops being true the moment the category is restricted.

We worked out what actually gets ads through review, what quietly stops them converting, and what makes an account worth keeping. Then we wrote it down.

That playbook is the product. Everything we do for a client is the version of it we'd run on our own brand, because we do.

How we work

Six things we don't compromise on.

The page is the ad

Your landing page gets read during review. Clean creative pointed at the wrong page is still a rejected ad.

Measure what pays

Cost per purchase decides whether a campaign works. Everything else is diagnostic, and we'll tell you which is which.

Check, don't assume

Platforms change settings underneath you. We verify what's actually live rather than what we set.

One correction, then stop

When something is rejected we fix the named cause and resubmit once. Endless variations are how accounts get lost.

Give it time to work

New campaigns are expensive and erratic before they settle. Most "failed" accounts were switched off too early.

No guessing on policy

What you're allowed to sell is your call to verify against the platform's own rules. We won't invent a list and we'll say when we're unsure.

Proof

Run the scanner on a site you know.

We'd rather show you the diagnosis than tell you about results. Put in a page you're already running ads to and see what a reviewer sees.

Rather than take our word for it, read the thing. It's the same method we run on our own brand. Thirteen chapters, two parts, three PDFs. No email, no sign-up, nothing gated.
